Starting as Project Manager in the armament industry, Vincent joined a few years later Veolia Environment as Business Unit Manager, and then as CEO of the Hungarian subsidiary recently acquired and to be integrated within the Group.
He then joined Egis, a leading engineering company, first as CEO of the Road Operation subsidiary, then as Executive VP for Egis International in the engineering part of the Group.
In these different positions as CEO in France and abroad, as Board Member and Chairman of foreign companies, he became familiar with intercultural interactions, international partnerships, governance organization and definition and implementation of strategy in very different situations.
He speaks fluently English, German and Hungarian.
At Eurosearch & Associés, Vincent’s practice is focused on industry, BtoB and BtoGovernment services (including those linked to utilities and infrastructures), Private Equity investments, executive search, mentoring, assessment and organization of corporate management and governance.Back
